The Role: As a Level 2 Officer, you'll be at the forefront of their IT support team, assisting their clients with their day-to-day technical needs. Your responsibilities include: Providing first and second level technical support to end-users. Troubleshooting and resolving IT-related queries and issues. Documenting and tracking support requests. Collaborating with the IT team to find solutions. Office 365 – Exchange – INTUNE – Conditional access – sharepoint administration AD Networking – Layer 2 -3 - TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP Wireless Windows Server – Hyper-V and VMWARE Onsite MGMT – installs – setups Assist Level 1 MSP experience is a must 3CX nice to have Fortinet skills nice to have Can do attitude Ideally using Connectwise PSA – screen connect Your skills: A strong customer focus and a passion for helping others. Previous experience in a similar role. Knowledge of Office 365 and Windows AD. Excellent communication and professional phone manners. The ability to prioritize tasks to meet SLAs. A desire to learn and grow into more senior roles. Strong documentation and independent work skills. Availability to work Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5 pm What’s in it for you!
