About the Role We’re seeking a passionate educator to become part of our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with managers and teaching staff to deliver best-practice services to students and stakeholders across the program. This is an exciting opportunity to strengthen your leadership capabilities, contribute to impactful education delivery, and take meaningful steps toward your career aspirations. This position is being offered on a full-time ongoing basis at 38 hours per week at the classification of Senior Educator Level 1 and salary of $117,592 per annum, plus 17% superannuation. Click here to view the full position details: Senior Educator Business and Legal About You Ideal candidate will be passionate and keen to share knowledge gained through practical experience with students, staff, and VU systems. Ideally, you will have experience in operational management and coordination or leadership capacity. You must have: Current Industry knowledge that is relevant to the areas under management Knowledge and skills in VET that informs team management and programs in the VET sector and/or adult learning. Completed a teacher training course at the Australian Qualifications Framework Level 5, inclusive of supervised teaching practice, along with a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110) which includes Adult Language, Literacy and Numeracy Skills (TAELLN411 or TAELLN401); and Design and Develop Assessment Tools (TAEASS502, TAEASS502A or TAEASS502B). A high standard of interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to develop effective stakeholder relationships and influence outcomes. A multi-sector perspective and understanding of key issues in Vocational Education and Training (VET), Higher Education, and Industry, which informs development and implementation initiatives.
