Support Officer – Member Training We have an exciting opportunity to join our member training team and be an active contributor to our Life Saving Clubs and member training department. Located at our Port Melbourne Head Office and reporting into the Lead Coordinator – Member Training, this casual position is focused on the processing and administration functions of the training courses offered by LSV Life Saving Clubs and the Member Training Department. This role has a requires excellent attention to detail and exceptional customer service. Tasks include: Providing timely and effective administrative support to the member training team, including but not limited to data matching, cleansing of documents, data entry, and data cleansing of key operational databases to ensure system continuity. Processing, approving and ensuring both pre and post course information, evidence, and admin occurs through member training processes and other processes where required. Assisting with filing and archiving to meet compliance standards, reporting in line with compliance, issuance of award and qualification certificates, and distributing course materials. Providing exceptional customer services when responding to member and client enquiries to ensure services meet and exceed expectations. Who are you? You have a strong attention to detail and have the ability to use multiple software systems. You are an exceptional communicator with excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritise. Essential: Demonstrated ability to provide high quality administration with a focus on attention to detail. Demonstrated ability in the use of multiple software systems. Previous experience and knowledge of water safety, lifesaving, Life Saving Victoria, Surf Life Saving Australia and Royal Life Saving Society Australia is highly regarded.
