About the Role As a Control Management Consultant, you’ll support the Control Testing and FAR Manager and work closely with Control Management Advisors. You’ll play a key role in delivering the control testing program, contributing to Financial Accountability Regime (FAR) deliverables, and identifying opportunities to uplift the control environment. Key Responsibilities Execute control test plans and risk activities on time Collaborate with Business Risk Partners and SMEs to scope and localise controls Identify automation and efficiency opportunities to strengthen the control environment Maintain control testing records in the Group’s risk and compliance system (IRIIS) Support Consumer Reasonable Steps enhancements under FAR Provide insights and reporting to uplift control maturity and customer experience What You’ll Bring Experience in general insurance, personal injury insurance or financial services Exposure to risk management practices and stakeholder engagement Strong analytical and communication skills Motivation to learn and grow quickly in a dynamic environment Ability to plan, organise and deliver effectively within a team Key Relationships You’ll work with a wide range of internal stakeholders including: Consumer Insurance EGMs and Business Leaders First Line Compliance, Legal, Privacy Office, Technology Insurance CRO and Second Line Risk Managers
