Responsibilities: Oversee and lead warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping products Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure inventory levels are sufficient to meet customer demand Supervise and train warehouse staff, including scheduling, assigning tasks, and monitoring performance Conduct audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient order fulfillment and timely delivery of products Implement and maintain warehouse best practices to optimize efficiency and minimize costs Coordinate with vendors and carriers to schedule inbound and outbound shipments Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to inventory, orders, or shipments Ensure temperature integrity for stock are maintained and data collected Escalate errors to the relevant Manager Ensure compliance of all company policies, procedures and safety guidelines by all direct reports Complete other duties as assigned Skills and Experience: Proven experience as a warehouse team leader or similar role Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and best practices Excellent leadership, interpersonal skills Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team Proficient in inventory management and software systems Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices ?????: ??
