As a Clinical Team Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our ambitious research projects, leading a dedicated team to successfully implement and coordinate clinical trials. Responsibilities Guide and supervise the local study team, consisting of cross-functional professionals and external clinical site employees, to ensure seamless completion of study activities. Act as the primary liaison between the central study team and local study team, ensuring alignment with medical and regulatory affairs. Ensure the timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality delivery of studies, adhering to clinical development plans and protocols. Develop and maintain comprehensive study plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource estimates. Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure efficient study delivery. Manage local supply inventory and ensure necessary supplies are available at sites. Develop and manage study budgets, track expenditures, and lead all aspects of local vendor management. Develop key study documents and ensure adherence to local regulatory requirements. Maintain up-to-date knowledge on study compounds, protocols, and local healthcare systems. Provide training and support for in-country staff and investigator sites. Ensure robust communication with sites and timely handling of safety reports. Requirements Demonstrated leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Strong project management experience in a matrix environment. Excellent understanding of clinical study processes, drug development, and quality requirements. Proficiency in local regulations, ICH-GCP guidelines, and digital innovations. Effective problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills. Strong English language communication skills, both written and verbal. Willingness to travel as required.
