We are seeking someone with strong communication, interpersonal skills and high attention to detail with a results-driven approach. What You'll Be Doing: - Overseeing and coordinating the daily operational functions across stock management, production planning, logistics, HR, and administrative support. - Ensuring that all departments operate efficiently and in alignment with the company's strategic objectives. - Maintaining a seamless flow between procurement, sales, production, and distribution. - Reporting directly to the General Manager and CEO. Key Responsibilities Include: - Stock Management and Planning - Production Planning - Procurement Management - Internal Sales and Customer Service - SYSPRO and Systems Support - Human Resources - Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) - Logistics and Distribution - Project Coordination - Administrative and General Support What We're Looking For: - Proven success in heavy industrial equipment (mining background highly preferred). - Confidence presenting to executive and technical audiences. - Strong professional ethics, communication, and teamwork. - Willingness to absorb new technical knowledge quickly - we'll back the right attitude with product training. - Someone who can truly buy into our vision and grow with the business as we expand nationally. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in operations management, Business Administration, or related field. - Minimum 5-8 years' experience in a similar operations or production management role. - Strong knowledge of SYSPRO or similar ERP systems. - Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving abilities. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - High attention to detail with a results-driven approach.
