About the Role As a Sales Consultant, drive revenue by quoting and selling Ausco Modular products and services to existing and potential customers via phone and digital channels. Build strong client relationships, deliver exceptional service, and provide tailored solutions. This target-driven role values strong communication, professionalism, and a results-focused approach. Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for customer enquiries, providing exceptional service. Collaborate with the sales team to enhance customer satisfaction and improve NPS. Understand customer needs and offer tailored product recommendations. Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets. Identify and qualify new business opportunities and upcoming projects. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication. Negotiate pricing and delivery terms to balance profitability and customer satisfaction. Support external sales teams with quotes and client communications. Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activities and pipeline updates. Prepare quotes, tenders, and related sales documentation. Contribute to sales and branch meetings and participate in ongoing training. About You You’re a confident communicator with a passion for sales and customer success. You care about your customers and enjoy connecting with people, identifying opportunities, and delivering impactful solutions. You’ll also bring: Minimum 2 years’ experience in a sales role - potentially you’ve worked in direct marketing or a call-centre and want your own client portfolio to manage. Confident communicator with strong customer service skills. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets – ideally in a B2B context Excellent planning, problem-solving, and organisational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (MS Dynamics or Salesforce experience highly regarded). Certificate or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or Sales (or equivalent experience).
