Morning Support Worker – Empower Independence and Start Your Day Right! Are you an early riser who loves making a real difference? We’re looking for 2 compassionate female support worker to assist a vibrant, independent woman living with a spinal cord injury. She’s upbeat and living life to the fullest — she loves travelling, camping, and baking, and is seeking someone who shares her positive outlook and can provide consistent morning support throughout the week. Shifts Available ( Applicants must be available for at least two of these shifts per week) Monday: 7:00am – 3:00pm Wednesday: 7:00am – 3:00pm Friday: 7:00am – 3:00pm Your Role You’ll support her to start each day confidently and comfortably, with tasks including: Personal care and complex bowel care (enema) Light domestic duties Assisting with morning routines Encouraging independence and helping set up for the day ahead She’s independent with transfers and uses a wheelchair — so this role suits someone who’s respectful, proactive, and confident with spinal injury care or open to learning. Pay Rates (Casual – SCHADS Award Level 3.1) Base: $35.15/hr Afternoon: $38.67/hr Active Night: $39.37/hr Saturday: $49.21/hr Sunday: $63.27/hr Public Holiday: $77.33/hr About You You’re someone who: Has experience or confidence with personal care and bowel care (training can be provided) Is reliable and punctual — morning routines matter!
