Job Description As a Retail Cleaning Supervisor , you will oversee cleaning operations across assigned retail sites to ensure they meet our clients’ presentation, hygiene, and safety standards. You’ll provide on-site leadership, support your team, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and support a team of cleaners across multiple retail locations Conduct regular site inspections to ensure cleaning standards and client expectations are met Manage daily operations, including scheduling, task allocation, and attendance monitoring Provide hands-on cleaning as required to support team coverage and quality delivery Train and mentor new and existing cleaning staff in procedures, safety, and customer service Maintain stock control and order cleaning materials and equipment as needed Report maintenance, safety, or staffing issues promptly to management Build and maintain positive relationships with store management and clients Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and OH&S standards What You’ll Bring: Proven experience in retail or commercial cleaning, with supervisory or team leader experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and support a diverse team Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results Reliable, well-organised, and capable of managing multiple sites or priorities Sound understanding of OH&S and safe work practices Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends as required If you are interested in one of these positions, please reach out to our manager, Kamaldeep.
