The Opportunity: Work with a brand that values your input, heroes your uniqueness and showcases what hospitality truly means to you. You will report directly to your restaurant manager who will shape your development from day one, whilst supporting you through lunch and dinner services for a high performing beachside fast casual dining restaurant. Your development doesn’t stop after your initial onboarding program - you will have opportunities to learn about all aspects of the business from in house recruiting, training and development, identifying future leadership talent and building your financial understanding on a business operations level. You will be responsible for your own KPIs as well as work with other leaders in the restaurant to reach common goals. What we’re looking for: Previous experience within a similar role - 2 years minimum.
