The Opportunity We’re seeking a Venue Manager with the ability to balance operational precision and warm, personable leadership. You’ll oversee multiple service areas, lead and mentor a high-performing team, and work closely with senior management to maintain standards and implement ongoing improvements. Key responsibilities include: Managing day-to-day venue operations across dining and events Leading a FOH team of 25 and developing future leaders Maintaining consistency in service, product, and presentation Collaborating with executive management on strategy and performance Being a visible, steady presence during service About You You’re a natural leader who thrives in dynamic environments. You bring composure under pressure, a strong sense of accountability, and the ability to inspire confidence and connection across your team. You combine genuine hospitality with sharp operational thinking — someone equally comfortable coaching a team on the floor or analysing performance metrics in a meeting.
