About the Role We're seeking an experienced Blow Moulding Technician to join the production team on day shift (Monday to Friday) . You'll be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and optimisation of blow moulding equipment , ensuring consistent product quality and smooth production flow. Regular overtime is available , offering excellent earning potential. Key Responsibilities Operate, monitor, and adjust blow moulding machinery to meet production targets Carry out start-ups, changeovers, and minor maintenance tasks Diagnose and resolve mechanical or process issues promptly Perform routine preventative maintenance Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment What We're Looking For Previous experience in blow moulding (food, beverage, or packaging industry preferred) Solid mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Understanding of GMP / HACCP and WHS practices Team player with a positive, hands-on attitude Willingness to work overtime when required What's On Offer $38 - $42 per hour Overtime Super Day shift, Monday to Friday - great work-life balance Ongoing training and career development opportunities Friendly, supportive team environment Long-term, stable position within a respected manufacturer
