About the role We're looking for a Senior Administrator to provide administrative support to CEO and leadership team. Based in Deer Park, VIC, this role can initially be fulfilled in a part-time capacity and may develop into a full-time role dependent upon experience levels and work demand. We're after someone who brings a high level of professionalism and confidentiality to everything they do, with a knack for staying one step ahead. You'll need to be highly organised, have exceptional attention to detail, and be confident using Microsoft Office Suite at an advanced level. The duties of this role will include but not be limited to the following: Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO, Operations Leadership Team, and stakeholders. Manage diaries, emails, and meeting coordination for senior leaders. Prepare agendas, reports, and accurate minutes for key meetings. Coordinate logistics and materials for Board meetings. Investigate and resolve escalated customer feedback. Support the delivery of operational projects and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Represent the organisation professionally and uphold our values of Collaboration, Courage, Innovation, Integrity, and Respect. What You'll Bring Experience in executive support preferred, administration, or customer service. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications. Ability to work with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
