About the Role… Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of people with disability? As an Engagement Consultant at APM Futures, you’ll play a vital role in connecting NDIS participants with meaningful employment and support services. You’ll build strong community relationships, promote APM’s services, and help participants achieve their goals. Location : Werribee, VIC Key Responsibilities: Promote APM Futures services to NDIS participants, families, carers, and key community stakeholders to increase awareness and engagement. Build and maintain strong relationships with participants, families, schools, Support Coordinators, planners, and community organisations to drive referrals and support participant outcomes. Deliver high-quality, person-centred NDIS employment supports tailored to individual goals and aspirations. Represent APM Futures at community expos, events, and forums to enhance visibility and attract new participants. Manage and convert leads generated through APM’s marketing channels and service centre into active participant engagements. Develop and maintain partnerships with local employers to identify and create inclusive employment opportunities aligned with participant needs. Ensure all service delivery aligns with NDIS Practice Standards, legislative requirements, and APM’s internal policies and procedures. Maintain accurate, timely documentation and case notes to support compliance, reporting, and continuous service improvement. What We’re Looking For Experience in Community Services, Employment Services, or NDIS-related roles. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage caseloads. Proven ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships. A commitment to continuous improvement and team collaboration. To be considered, you will have Eligibility to work in Australia A current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle Have current First Aid and CPR certificate Willing to complete a Criminal History Check Able to obtain a Working with Children Check & NDIS Worker Screening Check Able to successfully complete a NDIS Worker Orientation Module prior to commencement Travel as required for service delivery and support of participants.
