About the Role This is a strategic leadership position responsible for overseeing delivery across multiple high-profile masterplanned communities within the West Region portfolio. You will lead and mentor a team of up to eight direct reports, driving project delivery and alignment across development, construction, finance, sales, planning, and infrastructure stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of Project Managers and Development professionals Oversee delivery of multiple masterplanned community projects across the West Region Manage approvals, staging, budgets, and governance across several sites Mentor and support growth of direct reports, including Project Manager-level staff Drive infrastructure planning, procurement, and stakeholder coordination Collaborate with senior leadership across finance, sales, operations, and delivery teams Contribute to long-term strategic planning, growth, and community outcomes Ideal Candidate 10 years’ experience in property development, urban community projects, or large-scale civil infrastructure delivery Proven leadership or team management experience with the ability to inspire and mentor Deep understanding of infrastructure planning, feasibility, staging , and procurement processes Strong commercial acumen and demonstrated success in stakeholder engagement Ready to step into (or continue in) a senior leadership role with national exposure Why Join?
