We’re seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join our clients enterprise technology team, supporting the successful delivery of digital and infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities Engage with business stakeholders to understand, document, and prioritise requirements. Translate business needs into functional and non-functional specifications. Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions. Support the design, testing, and implementation of technology solutions. Create and maintain process maps, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Partner with project managers, architects, and developers to ensure solutions align with business goals. Conduct impact analysis for proposed changes and assist with business readiness activities. Support UAT planning and execution, ensuring successful project delivery Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst, ideally on technology, digital, or systems projects. Strong understanding of Cloud, Infrastructure, Network and Applications Experience working with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Understanding of regulated environments (CPS230) Insurance Domain knowledge
