The Person: The successful applicant will be technically minded and customer focused and be able to demonstrate: An analytical and practical approach to problem solving and equipment maintenance. Excellent people and customer service skills. Basic computer skills. The ability to effectively operate in a highly systemised work environment. The willingness to learn and apply relevant site-specific technical knowledge. The ability to accurately identify and differentiate colours. A sound level of physical fitness with the ability to work outdoors. A high level of safety consciousness Although not essential, preference will be shown to applicants also able to offer any of the following: Basic skills gained from a mechanical, plumbing, agricultural or trade background. Current Forklift Lic or the ability to acquire The Duties: The successful applicant will report directly to the business management team and will be responsible for: Assisting all customers successfully access the services required. Troubleshooting system breakdowns and arranging repairs. Completing daily, weekly and monthly maintenance checklists and reports. Completing preventative maintenance schedules for equipment. Attending to rostered out-of-hours system breakdowns. Maintaining a well-presented business workplace. Other Requirements: The successful applicant will be required to complete a pre-employment medical screening, which will include drug and alcohol testing.
