Seeking an experienced Childcare Director to join a reputable Centre in the North Rocks Area! They require a Centre Manager to lead their service and ideally someone who has experience in successful A&R outcomes. This is a 95 place service (ages 0-5 year olds) with highly supportive and driven staff. About the Role: As the Director of our centre, you will be instrumental in building and nurturing a dedicated team, creating a positive and enriching environment for children and families. This off-the-floor Director role is perfect for someone who thrives on engagement with children and their families, and who brings a warm, energetic, and friendly nature to their work. Key Responsibilities: Team Building: Hire, train, and develop staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive team culture. Enrolments: Assist with managing enrolments and building relationships with new families. Compliance: Ensure full compliance with all Australian standards and regulations, including A&R. Engagement: Actively engage with children and families to create a welcoming and nurturing environment. Leadership: Provide strong leadership and guidance, promoting best practices in early childhood education. Requirements: A COMPLETED Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (0-5yrs) Nesa Accreditation Previous experience as a Director or Centre Manager in Australia is essential In-depth knowledge of Australian standards and regulations, including approved child protection training.
