Role Overview: As a Warehouse Operator, you will play a crucial role in operations, focusing on inbound receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching orders. You will work closely with a small team, ensuring efficient warehouse processes while maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment. Key Responsibilities: Receive and unpack goods, ensuring accurate inventory management. Pick and pack orders for dispatch, preparing them for loading onto trucks. Conduct loading and unloading of trucks as required. Utilize the ERP system (Netsuite) for inventory management and order processing. Participate in training to enhance product knowledge and operational efficiency. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols. Qualifications: Valid forklift license is required Basic computer literacy to navigate our ERP system and perform essential tasks. Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is advantageous but not mandatory; we value attitude and willingness to learn above all else.
