About the Role As a valued member of the therapy team, you’ll work with clients across all age groups and abilities to enhance communication, social interaction, and quality of life. You’ll be supported with structured supervision, mentoring, and all the resources needed to thrive. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting speech and language assessments for clients under the NDIS. Developing and implementing individualised therapy plans. Working with clients with Autism, ADHD, developmental delay, and other communication challenges. Maintaining accurate therapy notes and reports. Collaborating with families, carers, and multidisciplinary colleagues. (For experienced clinicians) Providing guidance and mentoring to early-career therapists. About You We’re seeking Speech Pathologists who are enthusiastic, caring, and eager to make a difference — whether you’re newly graduated or bringing years of experience. You will need: A Bachelor or Master’s degree in Speech Pathology. Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA). A genuine passion for supporting clients to reach their communication goals. Strong communication and time management skills. The ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Current Working with Children Check, Police Check, and CPR certification. (Desirable) Understanding of the NDIS system.
