The Role You'll oversee all engineering functions across HVAC design, drafting, and coordination. This includes managing a team of engineers and designers, supporting tender submissions, and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest technical standards. You'll work closely with project delivery teams, clients, and consultants to ensure all solutions are practical, cost-effective, and compliant with Australian Standards.
