Following the appointment of a new CEO, the organisation is entering an exciting phase of digital renewal and modernisation, focused on strengthening data capability, cybersecurity, and member engagement. The Opportunity Reporting directly to the CEO and forming part of the executive leadership team, the Head of Digital & Development will lead enterprise technology, data, and digital strategy balancing stability with transformation. This role oversees a multi-disciplinary team covering software development, infrastructure, data, cybersecurity and user support, working collaboratively across the organisation to deliver high-impact digital outcomes.
