Salary-wise wise you’ll start on a $230 - $260k package with a yearly financial appraisal and a Christmas bonus. You'll get a work vehicle or car allowance as well. You’ll deliver complex projects from $5million -$30 million in the commercial industrial sectors Enjoy regular social events, paid training, and a gym at the office Your boss and CM have been there 20 years so you’ll receive excellent 1-2-1 support and external training They have a strong bank balance, build quality projects and always pay subbies on time This role sounds great, but what skills are you expecting from me? We’d love to speak with you if you can tick these 4 points; You’ve been a PM for at least 2 years in Australia, delivering new build projects from $10million for a head contractor You want to stick with a company for 5 years and deliver complex projects in NSW You have a construction-related qualification You've worked on DC projects before I’m intrigued.
