You will be expected to meet all KPIS and build relationships through both cold and warm business development calls and match multiple candidates to their ideal roles on a daily basis. This is a fast passed environment and we make many calls and attend many customer meetings daily. This role requires the post holder to be extremely organised, dedicated and resilient.
