ConsultANZ is seeking experienced Piling Leading Hands to join a leading piling contractor with an established reputation in the Perth market. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering major civil infrastructure projects across Western Australia by leading piling operations on-site, ensuring strict adherence to safety standards, and maintaining exceptional quality and efficiency. Main Responsibilities: Lead and supervise piling crews to ensure efficient and safe project delivery on site. Coordinate daily tasks, monitor progress, and maintain quality control standards. Ensure compliance with all site safety policies, procedures, and inductions. Liaise with site management and other trades to facilitate smooth operations. Assist in training and mentoring junior crew members and operators. Manage equipment, materials, and logistics to support piling activities. Requirements: Minimum 5 years’ experience in piling with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role. Proven ability to manage teams, schedules, and resources effectively. Strong knowledge of piling methods, plant operation, and site safety requirements. Construction White Card (mandatory); relevant tickets, such as Confined Space, Working at Heights, and Plant Operatio,n are highly regarded. Experience in large-scale civil infrastructure or mining projects is preferred. FIFO-ready from WA or the East Coast; national and international candidates considered.
