We are currently recruiting a Transport/Operations Manager for our client who provides courier services to Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast regions. Operating from their warehouse in Eagle Farm, you will be responsible for managing their daily operations and account management of key accounts. About the Role: Oversee all transport, warehousing and site requirements within the region. Ensure locations operate efficiently and effectively, using resources in a cost-effective way. Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies at all times. Manage staffing levels to meet operational targets and support business needs. Training of new drivers and ensuring the understand and follow their client processes and procedures Oversee resolution of customer concerns to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Ensure timely and accurate completion of all reporting requirements. Identify trends and issues and implement solutions that drive operational improvements and performance About You: 3 years' experience in transport operations. 3 years' experience in a management or leadership position. Strong administrative, organisational, and communication skills. Proven ability to prioritise, multitask, and coordinate complex activities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant IT systems. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong leadership capabilities. What's on Offer : Permanent position.
