Digital Marketing Manager (Hands-On Step-Up Opportunity |B2B Focus) South-East Melbourne | $100k–$130k Super |On-site (5 days, hybrid after probation) A growing Australian business is looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager ready to step into a role that blends digital execution with product marketing. You’ll work closely with the General Manager to manage day-to-day marketing activity across digital channels, while also learning the product range, understanding key customer segments, and shaping campaigns that drive engagement and growth. This is a great step-up opportunity for someone currently in a Digital Marketing Coordinator or Specialist role who’s ready to take ownership, work across multiple channels, and see their ideas come to life. What you’ll be doing Coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns across email, social, and website. Support product launches, promotions, and B2B campaigns that drive engagement and sales. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver accurate and engaging product marketing content across web, catalogues, and collateral. Maintain and optimise the Shopify website, improving product data, banners, and landing pages. Manage and build email marketing campaigns via Klaviyo, including segmentation and automation. Oversee organic social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Meta, aligned to key business priorities. Work with external agencies on Google Ads and SEO, providing feedback and tracking performance. Report on results using GA4, Odoo, and Looker Studio, translating data into actionable insights. What you’ll bring 3–5 years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally within a B2B, wholesale, or product-based business. Hands-on experience with Shopify, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and GA4. Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Odoo, or Campaign Monitor. Strong project coordination skills, comfortable managing multiple campaigns at once. Excellent communication, attention to detail, and writing skills. Understanding of product marketing, including positioning and customer targeting. A proactive, hands-on mindset, happy to roll up your sleeves and make things happen.
