We are seeking experienced Practice Managers to lead operations in a busy, well-established medical practice. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and a background in general practice management who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee day to day operations to ensure smooth workflows and high-quality patient care. Collaborate with clinical leaders to maintain efficient scheduling and resource allocation. Manage staff rosters, including after-hours and weekend coverage. Facilitate onboarding and training for new team members. Coordinate appointment systems, waitlists, and diary management. Provide proactive solutions to operational challenges and support clinical teams. Lead and motivate staff with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and service delivery. What We’re Looking For Previous experience in general practice (desirable) Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of Medicare, DVA, WorkCover, and private health billing (preferred). Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
