Primary Function The Account Manager will be responsible for the efficient management of retail experience projects, and ensuring all work is aligned with the direction of our client. You will manage and coordinate the delivery of the client brief, through creative development to client presentation within retail and experience space. Description Duties and Responsibilities Manage development and execution of campaign plans, timelines and project plans Manage account finances, developing job estimates, raising and supplying POs, manage project budgets and job reconciliations, and raising draft invoices for works undertaken Develop and build strong relationships with existing clients, new clients and key partners. Work with the Account Director across client briefs through the creative process and managing client feedback Review creative and artwork received from studio to confirm alignment with brief prior to sharing with client Coordinate projects with Project Managers and Print Production Team for on-time and cost- effective delivery of outputs Liaise with wider team and assist in reporting and documenting evidence for invoice for all executions Develop post campaign reports and Quarterly Business Reviews with the Account Management team and present this to client Manage the process of compiling creative work to ensure work is inspirational, consistent and exceeds client’s expectations Qualifications and Experience 2-4 years’ experience within retail and account management Must have demonstrated experience within an agency environment Tertiary level qualification preferably Able to manage project resources and key stakeholders Experience in managing deadlines and time estimates Skills and Capabilities High attention to detail Adaptable and able to cope in a fast paced, changing environment Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills Highly organised An active listener Willing to grow within the business and take on constructive feedback Agility, flexibility and ability to juggle multiple projects at once How you can join the team If this role and life at Cheil sounds like the perfect fit, we would love to hear from you!
