Position Overview The Clinical Lead supports and mentors Digital (Virtual) Health clinicians to deliver exceptional evidence-based care. The role drives continuous improvement and regulatory compliance across Aspen Medical’s Digital Health services. Job Details Fixed-term, Part-time/Full-Time until 30 June 2026 with possible extension (Multiple positions) We are operational 24/7. Shift times can be flexible between 2-10 hours. Overnight availability is highly desirable (midnight-6:00am) Primary Duties and Responsibilities Support the planning, coordination and evaluation of services and staff under the guidance of the Digital Health Management Team. Provide support, direction, orientation and training to Digital Health Clinicians (Registered Nurses and General Practitioners working across the GP Helpline and Healthdirect/NURSE-ON-CALL helplines). Model compassionate, patient-focused care and a culture of excellence. Support quality assurance, policy development and management of action research projects. Deliver direct and comprehensive care and manage complex case care where required. Champion digital health innovation, clinical governance and data-informed practice. Selection Criteria Essential Must be located within Australia. Registered Nurse with a minimum of 3 years, post-registration experience with unrestricted AHPRA registration. Demonstrated interest in leadership, mentoring and clinical coordination skills. Strong knowledge of evidence-based practice, quality improvement and compliance. Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders effectively. Commitment to upholding high standards of patient care quality and compliance Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and environments. Desired Previous Digital (Virtual) Health Clinical Lead experience will be highly regarded. Training in telehealth will be provided for applicants without prior experience. Knowledge of quality and clinical governance methods, including auditing and compliance assessments and risk management systems (e.g. Riskman) Experience in Key Performance Indicator (KPI) monitoring, reporting and data-driven improvement.
