Overview: Classification: HEW 9 Portfolio: Operations – Information Technology Services Continuing, Full-time Melbourne City campus (Hybrid work options available) About the Role The Product Owner – M365 plays a key role in driving the adoption, development and optimisation of RMIT’s Microsoft 365 ecosystem globally. As part of the End User Technology team, you’ll be responsible for managing the product roadmap and backlog across M365, Active Directory, Entra ID and Unified Communications platforms — ensuring RMIT delivers secure, seamless and innovative technology experiences for staff and students. You’ll partner closely with engineering teams, vendors and internal stakeholders to plan initiatives, deliver new features, and continuously improve user outcomes. Your leadership will help maximise RMIT’s investment in digital collaboration tools, support automation, and enhance user adoption across the university.
