As Manager, Property Leasing & Procurement, you’ll lead leasing and procurement across a diverse portfolio—from heritage-listed landmarks to retail, tourism and agricultural sites. You’ll shape deals that generate revenue to sustain Sydney’s iconic parklands, balancing commercial outcomes with community benefit. This is a hands-on, strategic role where you’ll manage everything from testing the market, procurement, stakeholder engagement through to contract negotiation and occupations. For more information read the full Role Description: Manager Property Leasing and Procurement What you will bring to the role: Solid experience in government procurement and private sector commercial leasing Strong understanding of property markets, compliance, planning approvals and lease agreements Proven commercial acumen in understanding business’s requirements and incorporating that with property offerings Strategic mindset with the ability to balance commercial outcomes with planning, heritage and community constraints in parkland environments Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills across business, community and government Ability to manage competing priorities to deliver outcomes in complex, highly exposed environments What is an essential requirement: Tertiary degree or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline such as property development, valuation, agency, building surveying and/or project management Current Australian driver licence and ability to travel to and attend work at any site within the GSP portfolio.
