We are looking for an outstanding Chef to join our busy kitchen team and help deliver high-quality dishes to our guests. About the Role You will play a key role in preparing and cooking menu items to a consistently high standard, assisting in menu development, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in line with St Siandra’s menu and presentation standards. Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation meet restaurant expectations. Assist in menu planning and the creation of seasonal specials. Maintain kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and compliance with food safety standards. Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and manage wastage effectively. Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during peak hours. Adhere to workplace health and safety regulations at all times. About You Proven experience as a Chef in a busy, high-quality kitchen environment. Passion for fresh produce and innovative flavours. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
