You'll provide proactive leadership, guidance, and support to drive safety, wellbeing, and environmental excellence across all programs and locations. Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of NGA's EHS Management Systems.Partner with managers and SHWE Committees to embed a strong safety and sustainability culture. Provide expert advice on health, safety, wellbeing, and environmental compliance matters.Oversee EHS audits, investigations, and risk management activities across assigned sites. Develop and deliver initiatives that improve engagement, wellbeing, and operational performance. Mentor and guide EHS team members through effective communication, coaching, and support. About You: You're an experienced EHS professional with broad expertise across safety, environment, and wellbeing disciplines. You thrive in collaborative environments, excel at stakeholder engagement, and are passionate about creating safe, sustainable workplaces. Diploma (or higher) in Work Health & Safety / Occupational Health & Safety . Demonstrated experience in safety or environmental leadership Strong knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and WHS regulatory frameworks. Proven ability to lead audits, investigations, and risk management processes. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills. Eligible for a Defence security clearance (Australian citizenship required).
