Prepares in advance food, beverage, material and equipment needed for the service. Stay up to date with knowledge of current food trends Actively build product knowledge in order to up sell products and provide One Step Ahead service to guests. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management and Colleagues alike. What We Need From You You must have working rights?in Australia? Commercial cookery certificate III or related field Minimum 3 years of kitchen experience in either a Hotel Banquets or Restaurant Previous experience to HACCP process and procedures Strong teamwork skills, self-development focus and strong drive for results.
