The Role Reporting to the Coordinator Customer Experience and based in Windsor, this position delivers a strong customer service experience and assists Council by handling internal and external customer enquiries. This role includes providing administrative support, record keeping, and accounting duties associated with the operation of Council services. About You You will be a highly motivated individual who has excellent interpersonal skills. You are results orientated and have a flexible approach to problem solving. You will be adept at building and maintaining collaborative relationships and will have a demonstrated background in a Customer Service Centre environment.
