Established in the 1990s, the company is highly regarded for its innovative designs, exceptional quality, and strong presence across both residential and commercial markets. SUMMARY Responsible for all sales activities in assigned accounts or regions. Will be required to maintain relationships with existing customers and establish relationships with potential customers. Also required to present samples of new and existing products, offer technical support and organize the display of samples and display areas. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients. Prepare weekly action plans and schedules to maintain existing customer base and potential client relationships. Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity. Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned. Prepare presentations, product concepts and samples for clients. Create and build in store displays for customers. Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge. Handling queries from customers and providing technical support Identify and resolve client concerns. Providing market, sales and trend analysis to the management. Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff. Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales. Participate in marketing events such as trade shows, in-house promotion events. Provide CRM reports. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS Knowledge of sales techniques. This is normally acquired through three to five years of sales or marketing experience. Ability to develop and deliver presentations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to persuade and influence others. To be computer literate. Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public. Work requires significant local travel to current and potential clients. This requires the possession of a valid state driver's license. Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule and to travel regionally.
