Due to growth, we are searching for a Machinist, Line Borer or Welder to join their team in Muswellbrook. The role: Operation of Vertical Borer Preparation and painting of products Examine detailed and interpret drawing and specifications to find out job, material, and equipment requirements. MMA, MIG and Sub Arc Welding of cylindrical sections to standards. Proficient at Oxy Acetylene Cutting and Gouging Cut, roll, shape, bend, mold, spin, heat or hammer metal products to fabricate parts or sub-assemblies Set up and/or operate hand, machine tools and welding equipment. Assemble parts and structures by lining up and joining them by welding. Drilling - Tapping Completing documentation for completed works What we're looking for: Qualification in either Machining, Welding or Line Boring Previous Submerged arc welding highly desirable Previously used a Vertical Borer (i.e. a Machinist) Competent in the use Overhead travelling cranes.
