Join us at our Residential Aged Care Home in Wahroonga, where you’ll help turn an ordinary afternoon into something special with hand massages , a splash of nail polish , and a whole lot of heart. No cutting required—just your gentle touch, warm smile, and a love for making others feel cared for. Many of our residents are living with dementia and truly treasure these moments of connection, comfort, and kindness. You don’t need to be a beauty expert—just someone who believes a little TLC can go a long way. Come share your time, your heart, and maybe even your favourite nail colour. Your impact Volunteering as a social visitor can be a rewarding experience, both for the person you visit as well as yourself. Regular visits from volunteers can help to improve quality of life and help people feel less isolated. HammondCare is a provider of The Aged Care Volunteer Visitor Scheme funded by the Australian Government and is established to promote links between elderly people and volunteers in their local community.
