This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong painting and blasting experience who is ready to take the next step into a leadership role. About the Role: You will be responsible for: Supervising a small team (2-3) of painters and sandblasters Overseeing day-to-day operations in the blast and paint area Ensuring all work meets safety, quality, and schedule requirements Hands-on spray painting and sandblasting as required ✅ Key Skills & Experience: Industrial spray painting and sandblasting experience Proficient in 3-coat painting systems (primer, intermediate & top coat) Knowledge of blast profile checking Experience monitoring environmental conditions (humidity, temperature, etc.) Familiarity with QA processes – including visual inspections and documentation Highly Regarded (but not essential): Coating Inspection Ticket NACE Certification Forklift Licence What We Offer: Full-time, stable employment with a respected engineering company Opportunity to step into a supervisory role with career growth potential Supportive team environment with safety and quality at the core of what we do Our Company Values: P lay it Straight.
