Description As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the Head of Student Wellbeing and Safety provides both strategic and operational leadership in shaping the School’s wellbeing philosophy and safeguarding culture. This role balances visionary leadership with the practical implementation of programs that promote positive education, mental health, and student safety. The Head of Student Wellbeing and Safety is instrumental in fostering a culture where every student feels safe, supported, and empowered to thrive. It requires a leader who can inspire and mentor staff, champion evidence-based wellbeing practices, and ensure cohesive pastoral care across Kindergarten to Year 12. Highly visible and collaborative, this role oversees wellbeing programs, risk and compliance frameworks, and clinical support services, while driving innovation and continuous improvement.
