What you will be doing We are seeking an experienced Dynamics CRM to join our growing Adelaide based team! This role is responsible for minor enhancements and support work working with a valued DXC customer. The role will involve both troubleshooting and enhancing the existing CRM 9.1on prem system, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics CRM, you will be working on minor enhancements and fixes within a complex Dynamics 9.1 environment, .net portal application, ensuring seamless functionality and performance as well as managing support tickets and providing an exceptional client service. As mid-level support for our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform and .Net Developer, you will manage, maintain, and support critical business processes. This role is Adelaide based and onsite a minimum of 2 days per week. There is a permanent position, with a requirement for on-call work on a rotational basis after hours, and overtime rates will apply. What will keep you busy Provide day-to-day support for the CRM system, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, addressing user queries, and assisting with performance optimization. Customize CRM functionality based on business requirements, configure workflows, entities, forms, and dashboards to ensure the platform meets organizational needs. Minor enhancements for .Net Portal including Jquery, Javascript and okta authentication Write and maintain custom code (plugins, JavaScript, C#) to extend CRM capabilities as required by working on minor enhancements. Manage day to day Support tickets including requests and Incidents. Take part in regular support releases activities. Assist in applying patches, upgrades, and testing new releases or updates to the CRM system to ensure compatibility and stability. Manage time by working on support activities, minor enhancements. Integrate with external applications using Webservice and RESTful APIs. Provide technical documentation, conduct code reviews, and follow best practices for system security and performance. The skills you will bring 2-5 years’ experience developing customizations and extensions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM .Net. (.net is not 100% mandatory, it can be taught). ITIL and SDLC experience a key requirement. Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL, HTML, and CSS. Basic knowledge of SQL Server & PostgreSQL, including performance tuning and data analysis. Proficient in using source control systems like TFS and Git. Experience with Azure devops methodologies & CI/CD pipelines. Desirable only Experience integrating Dynamics 365 CRM 9.1 onprem with Azure cloud services like SharePoint online. Desirable only as this is on prem only at present. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, agile environment. Proven track record of resolving complex technical issues Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and collaborate with technical, non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
