Team Leader - Compounding We have a new and rare opportunity for a highly driven and motivated individual with strong leadership capabilities to join our team based in our Old Toongabbie Facility. Shift timings- Rotational operating hours would be 10:00 am-2:00 am 10:00 am-6:00 pm 12:00 pm-8:00 pm 6:00 pm-2:00 am Note: Training/orientation will require flexibility for approx. 2 months with shift times ranging between 9:30 am to 6:00 pm. Reporting to the Compounding Manager, you will be accountable for building and leading a high performing team to meet business and customer requirements. Working with our management team, you will be responsible for the overall leadership of our Compounding team, overseeing the production and supporting the Compounding Manager to meet quality, operational and business metrics. Your key focus for this role will include people management, production efficiency, customer satisfaction, productivity improvement as well as supporting and maintaining quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Driving the implementation of company initiatives and embedding them into the team culture Management of staff resources Management of staff time and attendance systems as well as performance reviews and career development Recruitment of staff Oversight of production flow by liaising with appropriate coordinators Drive process improvement and efficiency programs Ensure quality standards and procedures are being maintained Participate and contribute to site audits, where appropriate Customer relationship management – directly with customers as well as liaison with Sales and Marketing to manage relationships Oversight of delivery issue resolution Save and Sustain Lives Essential Skills and Qualifications: Relevant experience in Goods Manufacturing Demonstrated sound leadership qualities and/or people management experience Proven effective communication skills Proven ability to make timely decisions based on sound professional judgement and consideration of risks Desirable Skills and Qualifications: Experience in, or understanding of the health sector Knowledge of aseptic compounding/pharmaceutical manufacturing Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships, internal and external Business Acumen Knowledge of the Code of Good Manufacturing Practice Apply today for a career that matters!
