Description The Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre - Chef de Cuisine The Role The Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre is Western Australia's premier event destination which is home to Perth’s top gala dinners and events, large scale conferences to small boardroom meetings, corporate events, exciting exhibitions, and theatres performances. With this diversity, we are looking for a very passionate, creative Chef De Cuisine with the ability to focus on multiple events simultaneously and ensure the culinary delivery is of the highest possible standard. This exciting opportunity will see the correct candidate work amongst a passionate culinary team where a large focus will be on development and further progression. A great attitude is required along with a creative flair. To be the correct candidate for the Venue, you will need to share the vision and direction of the PCEC.
