About the opportunity We are seeking an experienced clinician to join our Quality Compliance team as a Quality Compliance Specialist where you will utilise your experience to inform, shape and guide improvements and quality compliance. It is essential that you have the drive and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and work through a leading and coaching approach across our business from the leadership group to our teams on the floor, as well as external customers, auditing bodies and regulatory authorities. This role is a permanent full-time opportunity working across homes in the South Australia and Western Australia, travelling between homes to complete Quality Compliance audits and compliance support activities. The Responsibility & Outcomes: In this role you will demonstrate leadership in the Aged Care Quality Standards and NDIS Practice Standards, partnering and engaging with key stakeholders highlighting areas of non-compliance and proactively supporting the quality and safety of care and services within our homes including providing best practice recommendations to ensure we are the Aged Care provider of choice. This includes: Completing internal compliance audits (both desktop and in-person) in line with our schedule. Delivering Quality Compliance audit reports that improve the safety, quality and continuous improvement of services which also support accreditation against the Quality Standards. Collaborating with Operations and developing plans and plans for continuous improvement and ongoing monitoring of same. Participating in the monthly review and discussion of risk indicators and Proactive Care. Reviewing reportable incidents and supporting Homes with compliance against our incident management system. About You We are seeking an individual who has a collaborative approach, conducts thorough analysis and actively seeks out industry best practice. Inquisitive by nature, you will like to challenge and question what you see when you are visiting or speaking with one of our homes.
