About the Career Comeback Program Our 12-week Career Comeback program is designed to help talented professionals confidently re-enter the workforce. You’ll join us in a permanent role within our Institutional Banking & Markets (IB&M) business while receiving wrap-around support, including: A structured induction and re-onboarding experience Personalised career coaching and mentoring Professional development workshops to rebuild confidence and help you thrive from day one A dedicated program manager to guide you through every stage About the team The Executive Advisor’s function looks after Corporate Governance across Institutional Banking & Markets (IB&M) as well as Business Administration & Logistics to ensure staff have the right tools, access and system set up to carry out their role successfully. Joining our Corporate Governance team, you will be part of a critical support function, responsible for the development and delivery of corporate governance and operational effectiveness for IB&M and the Group Executive. About the role In this role, you’ll use your exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and negotiation skills to provide high-quality governance advice and executive support to the IB&M Executive Advisor and Group Executive. Your day-to-day may include: Designing and coordinating the content, cadence, and agendas for key meetings, strategy forums, and leadership or employee engagement events Preparing high-impact materials for IB&M Executives — including, briefing notes, strategic initiatives, and documentation for Board and CEO-level forums Oversight and governance of the IB&M subsidiary portfolio Reviewing and synthesising senior-level meeting materials to develop clear background summaries, key insights, and talking points Please note: This is a part-time position (three days per week). We’d love to hear from you if you: Have taken a career break of two years or more (essential) Bring experience in corporate governance, law, risk management, operations, banking or a related field Are detail-oriented, with strong analytical and organisational skills Excel at stakeholder management, with the ability to build trusted relationships and communicate effectively across senior and cross-functional teams Show sound judgment, discretion and a proactive approach to improving governance outcomes Ready to make your comeback?
