Assist all walk in customers and phone calls with queries on shipments Provide clear and specific guidance on documentation and packaging requirements for all customers Helping with additional tasks as required for example, resolving and responding to email queries This is a full-time permanent position working 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 11\:30am to 7\:30pm (11am start on Fridays) This is a grade 7 role WHAT CAN YOU BRING? Strong computer skills within Microsoft Suite Great customer service and communication skills Experience adhering to WHS procedures Physical fitness
