About the Role We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Year Level Coordinator to join our Senior School leadership team. This is a dynamic position where you will play a pivotal role in guiding and supporting students in Years 10–12 as they navigate their academic and personal growth. Working collaboratively with senior leaders and support staff, you will help shape a positive, inclusive culture that reflects the ethos of our College. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about student wellbeing, committed to fostering leadership and resilience, and eager to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young people. You’ll have the opportunity to lead a team of Form Teachers, build strong relationships with students and families, and contribute to memorable experiences such as leadership programs, academic celebrations, and milestone events. Key Responsibilities As Year Level Coordinator, you will: Oversee the day-to-day management of your year level, ensuring a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for students. Champion student wellbeing and personal development through proactive support and early intervention strategies. Lead and mentor Form Teachers, fostering a cohesive and collaborative team approach. Organise and deliver key events and programs that celebrate achievement and build community spirit, including leadership camps, academic awards, and valedictory celebrations. Maintain clear communication with students, parents, and staff, addressing behavioural expectations and supporting positive outcomes. Collaborate with senior leaders and support services to manage student progress, welfare, and discipline matters. Contribute to the broader life of the College through teaching and co-curricular involvement.
