Introduction THE ROLE Based in office 5 days a week Mulpha Australia is one of the country’s most strategic real estate debt and equity investors and leisure, residential and commercial property development and retail and office sectors. We have an amazing portfolio of world class destinations, businesses, luxury properties and products. In the role you will be responsible to assist the IT Team to provide strategic and support to critical business applications and undertaking analysis work on systems to all Mulpha entities. Supporting our Financial ERP system and major hospitality SaaS solutions, this is a critical 2nd level support role. Key responsibilities will include but not limited to · Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements. · Analyse business processes and identify areas for improvement. · Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements. · Develop user cases, process flows, and other documentation to support business needs. · Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to applications, projects and SaaS based products. · Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure system solutions meet business needs. · Develop and maintain workflows in Power Automate and integrating systems through APIs. · Conduct user training on business systems YOUR BACKGROUND · Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar role · Experience in supporting or implementing ERP Systems or other business systems (TechnologyOne would be highly regarded) · Effective communication and experience in transitioning processes and procedures during systems implementations · Basic knowledge in finance/accounting practices would be advantageous · Strong problem-solving and data analytics skills · Proficiency in Office 365 and its suites, with hands-on experience in automating workflows using Microsoft Power Automate and integrating systems through APIs. · Excellent documentation skills · Highly adaptable professional with a proven ability to master new tools and processes quickly.
